Weight Loss Tips for the New Year
Many people make New Years resolutions to lose weight and many never stick to it. We are all guilty of this. The best way to start the path of your weight loss journey is to make gradual changes in your lifestyle. For example, instead of taking the elevator, try taking the stairs. Instead of a bag of chips for a snack try eating an apple or granola bar. If you keep these behaviors going, after a while they will become habit and you will see the weight melt away.
Remember to drink plenty of water and watch your portions. Portion control can be a huge source in acheiving weight loss. You don't have to deprive yourself of the foods you like, just eat them in moderation. Try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise per day even if its just walking. You may not be able to start with 30 minutes, but do what you can. eventually, you will be able to sustain 30 minutes or more. Good Luck and Best Wishes!!!!!!
