This past Tuesday, August 30th, Eid al Fitr Prayer (end of Ramadan holiday for Muslims) was celebrated at the Virginia Beach Convention Center for the very first time. Ramadan is a Muslim holiday where Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset for 29 or 30 days consecutive days depending on the lunar cycle.
