When you are purchasing your first home it can be a scary and intimidating experience.  The best way to tackle your fears is to become educated about the process.  When you know what to expect, it makes the process go smoother and less stressful.  There are free first time home buyer classes given quite often.  The most popular one is the VHDA home buying class.  Search the internet for class schedules.  If you ever have any questions about the home buying process, I would be happy to help.  Please feel free to email or call me with any questions you may have...happy house hunting.
