Great way to use all the leftover turkey

Turkey Soup:

You will need

frozen vegatables ( peas, corn, carrots, green beans)

3 large potatoes peeled and diced

1 large onion peeled and diced

3-4 stalks of celery diced

one small can of tomatoe paste

left over turkey

salt and pepper to your taste

bring a large pot of water to a boil. add potatoes oinions, vegatables, celery and tomatoe paste. once the potatoes are done, add your left over turkey to the pot and continue to boil for about 20 extra minutes. add salt and pepper to your liking.  This turkey soup is delicious.
