Now, obviously when you purchase a home, the home itself is not going to be free. You would have to pay for the physical property with a mortgage. However, the title of this article is not a misrepresentation or "optical illusion."

What I mean by "How to Buy a Home for Almost Free," is that the processes, representation, and procedures involved can be handled at very little to know out of pocket cost to you. Many first time home buyers, or individuals that have not gone through the home buying process with in the last few years, are not aware of the products, services and options available to them in the current market. In addition, many first time home buyers are not aware that they themselves DO NOT pay the Realtor, the seller (individual you are buying a home from) does.

The housing market at the current time is known as a "buyer's market." Essentially meaning that the odds are in the buyer's favor for getting the house they want at a great price and on their terms. Sellers are doing a lot to make buyers happy and wanting to purchase their properties. Additionally, there are a lot of great mortgage producst out their specific to first time home buyers, military and low income individuals. These loan products provide for little to no down payments and favorable interests rates.

So how does all of this contribute to the actual process of buying the home for almost free? Well, that depends on a lot of factors. Most importantly it depends on which Realtor is representing you. If I am your Realtor I'm doing my best to ensure that you close on your house with out having to bring a single penny to the closing table. I work with a Lender that provides you with a no cost pre-approval process. I also negotiate the contracts so that the seller is paying your closing costs; and again, YOU DO NOT PAY ME, the seller pays me.

So, you are thinking about buying a house and you are nervous, because you think it is going to be an expensive process. I am here to tell you that, that is not usually the case. There are a lot of great products and services available to you that will put you in your new home for almost free.

Now, if you are ready to take that leap and enter the exciting world of home ownership contact me. I am available 7 days a week!
