Buying a home is a very exciting, but sometimes stressful time. There is a lot of legal and financial aspects that take place. Home inspections, financing, closings, appraisals, etc. It's enough to make your head spin!

Out of everything the most important thing you need to know is that you NEED to have your own representation. It is incredibly common for people to be driving around town or surfing the internet and find a house they want to see. Unfortunately though, most make the biggest mistake possible; and call the listing agent to show them the property.

Why is this a mistake? Simple! The listing agent on a property is just that, they work for the seller and have their best interest in heart. So, if you want an agent that has your best interest in hear you need your own personal representation. That's where a buyer's agent comes in.

A buyer's agent works specifically with buyers and very rarely list properties. They work for you and only you and protect your interests. They negotiate and dig to get you the best deal.

So, the next time you think you may be interested in buying a house, call me! I'm a dedicated buyer's representative and I would love to work for you!
