Interest Rates Are Slowly Creeping Up

The interest rates have been historically low for the past year and a half.  We have seen them as low as 3.25%.  Well those days may be coming to an end and much quicker than we had anticipated.  As of today interest rates have risen up to 4.75%.  This is still a pretty low rate, but not as good as it was.  This increase will definitely impact home buyer's buying power and home sellers as well. If you are in the market to buy, now is the time.  Interest rates could continue to rise.
